Hello,
I need to cut some internal gears to high precision and in less than a day / part, and was looking for a machine able to achieve such a feat.
I had been looking for such a design for a long time, until I came across a glimpse of it in a marketing video of the HarmonicDrive:
(This is just a small loop I also put in forward / reverse, just to allow more time for observing the action of the cutting tool.)
It looks like a reciprocating action, progressive, synchronous, multi-teeth, high speed broaching machine - but there HAS to be a name for this kind of machines.
Does anybody have any idea what it's called, so that I may know what to look for?
Thank you so much,
Eros
