from flight ... "France, UK approve Future Cruise/Anti-Ship Weapon project for next phase"

France is Lucy to Britain's Charley Brown (with the football).

Remember their previous collaborative attempts (in the 70s) ... France lead the ground attack project (which became the Jaguar) and Britain lead the fighter (which became "nothing").

another day in paradise, or is paradise one day closer ?

Oddly, NATO has had a very strong technical development/coordination thru AGARD... but the militaries and companies and supplier organizations haven't seemed to 'play well together' in the past.

However I think Airbus Industries, as a successful international business, may be bringing all of the aerospace business in closer cooperation… and digital twin modeling could be a key to unlock cultural/language/distance/supply/logistics issues that have prevailed in past un-successes.

It will be fun to watch.

Hey... US DoD is getting nervous about the shrinking/consolidating aerospace industrial base. what happens if the unthinkable happens to one sector???
