Where are 'pattern' menus in NX5?

My company has been using NX3 for the past few years and we're getting ready to migrate to NX5 soon. I was poking around and couldn't find the 'patterns' menu anywhere. I'm used to seeing it under "Format-Pattern..." but it's not there. Anyone have the answer? Thanks.

That's where it's at for me (NX5). Do you have the correct role loaded?
