The roughness of the metal foil should be under Ra 0.2um.
The size is about A4 paper.

The metal foil i need is SS 304L or 316L¡]VIM/VAR¡^
The surface roughness of these metal foil¡]strip¡^is very important to me¡I¡]Ra below about 0.2um, thinkness is about 0.0005"¡^
I want to know if any commerical product i can buy ? or i should get the near commerical product and rework it to achieve my speic.?¡]maybe polishing¡H¡^

You are getting into the pure metal range on thickness.

Here are two places to check as both .001" thick stainless steel. 304L might be hard to find.
We worked with .001" S/S and it was a bear. They might have some under-size close to what you need.
