Where can I buy a Jarno #3 tool holder or internal taper gage now?

I am regrinding a spindle with a #3 Jarno taper and I need either a taper plug gage or a tool holder that I can use as a gage to blue up the I.D taper. I need one ASAP, I checked with local tooling houses and they tell me it is a special and will take weeks, but I know that there are some sitting out there.
