where can I buy pieces like this?

Hellow all!

I need a plastic/synthethic pinion wire like the one in this picture. It is 7 cm long and 1.5 cm diameter and 12 teeth. Anyone knows where can I find this kind of pinion? I don't care if it is sold in long pieces, like 1m bars and then I have to cut it to.
