where can I find any type of phase-comparator?

I have inquiried few IC suppliers for phase-comparator, such as MC4044/4344(MOTOROLA) and MM54C932(National Semi),
but they all informed that it was obsolete.
I wonder if someone would give me any suggestions about it and I'd thank a lot in advance.
