where can I find plans for constructing a large-large battery

I have been searching for a set of plans (complete plans I can hand to a somebody to build it) a large power cell battery running off 110v and 220v, needs to be good for 250 kw hours before it runs out of juice. Larger than 250 kw is okay too, just gets a little hard for me use any power cell less than 100 kw's.

Would like a hydrogen type but would review a lithium type of battery. I have no need to use a lead type.

There has got to be a complete set of drawings out there somewhere? I do not want to get in a scenario of hiring by the hour; I need the plans ready to go. Anybody have an idea of who and where to find a set drawings like that?
