I have been trying to get a copy of ANSI Standard ANSI A10.5-1969 for cranes & hoists. The ANSI website is not very helpful in obtaining this information. Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of this document?

Isthill,

Thank you for that information. Althought it is helpful, I specifically need to know how the ANSI A10.5-1969 safety code is stated and what it covers. I imagine the standards are very similar however the OSHA document CRANES AND DERRICKS - §1926.550 specifies the ANSI A10.5-1969 safety code and that is why I am looking for that specific document.

Thanks Again,

Thank You to both IRStuff & Isthill.

I have not yet had a chance to go through the website thoroughly but it does appear to be a much better location than I have found.

FYI: The need for this document is just for reference.

Thanks
