Where can I get the pressure-temperature performance for the diferent pressure series of the DIN flanges ?

Now there is a new european standard EN 1092 series where you can find the ratings.
 
Manufacturers Handbooks or Brochures are a good source also.
Some their websites have good printable tables.

Does a standard exist which tells me how many flanges i can use on a hydrocarbon line? Is there a limit to the numbers?
