where can I purchase gold plated glass slides?

Where can I find gold plated glass slides, with plating in the range of a few 100 nm? Are there manufacturers that provide gold plated glass slides with lines of apertures milled into the gold layer (diameters of 1 um would be needed, with around 10 um spacing)? Any ideas of manufacturers who could possibly provide this would be appreciated.
