Where did my Windows Menu/Toolbar Go?

Today when I called up AutoCAD the Windows Menu/Toolbar was not there. The one with File/Edit/Insert/Format/etc. across the very top of the screen.

How do I get it back?

My regular AutoCAD toolbars are still present.
It was there yesterday & I didn't change any settings.

In the upper left you have icons for NEW, OPEN, SAVE and PRINT. There are also left, right and down arrows. Click on the down arrow. And click on Show Menu Bar.
