An online outreach protection class with Dr.Mork is starting up this coming spring through Michigan Tech. SEL also has a lot of offerings for protective training. You'll get a lot more with these than through free videos on youtube (IIT though has everything on youtube if you are looking for something for free). If you are looking for a book to learn the basics, get "Protective Relaying: Principles and Application" by Blackburn.
