Where to get Delmarva Data for HEC HMS

I am trying to import paired data in to HEC HMS by using DSSvue. I am getting messages that say missing values or unit hydrograph cannot be loaded. Does anyone know how to accomplish a succesfull loading of delmarva unit hydrogrpah or where to get the data from?
