Where to set the ugii\managed library in VS 8

Hello - I´m a little confuesed about ,where to set the variable to point to the ugii\managed library, when I set Visual Studio up.

I have copied the items from NX >> vs-files dir to the Visual Studio >> VBProjekts and VBWizards ,
but the items in the ugii\managed library - nxopen.ddl ,nxopenUF.dll and some other ,how do VS get connection to them ?
