Hi all. This is my first post.

I am studying Electrical and Computer Engineering and I am wondering which countries need and will need in the future Control System Engineers. I am from Greece and this country do not need scientists who have specialized in this subject. So, I am looking for a country to continue my life, my studies and to begin building my career. I have too many scientific interests (engineering, mathematics, physics, control systems engineering, robotics, astronomy, astrophysics, philosophy, meteorology, geography, technology, history, human evolution, medicine, biology, cloning, search of dinosaur, evolutionary history of life and too many others), but the control systems engineering is my first love and this subject is included in my undergraduate studies.

What do I want from you? I want to suggest me all countries which you know and which are looking for engineers who have specialized in Control Systems Engineering. Also, if you can guide me how I can do a submission for master or phd (my first degree is five-year-diploma) in these countries with scholarship (my financial situation is not good), then I will owe you something.

I think the best way to begin going and staying for a long time in a country is to continue your studies in this country. What is your opinion?

Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to seeing your replies.

Do a little traveling and reading, and a search of job openings will give you an idea where/who the hiring are.

Australia does now, especially Queensland and Western Australia. But the demand is on the back of the resources boom, which is heavily dependant on China. I.e. there are plenty of jobs now, but they may not be around tomorrow.

Most of the auto industries want C&E types these days. That means pretty much anywhere around the World.
