Which Gr. Number shall be selected for Triple certified Material SA-516

My Company wants to take PQR with Material SA-516 according to ASME Sec. IX. for qualification of Gr. No. 1 and 2, I have plan to take PQR with SA-516 Gr. 60 (Gr. No. 1) to SA-516 Gr. 70 (Gr. No. 2) for this purpose.
I found a Triple Grade SA-516 Gr. 60/65/70 in a warehouse with proper thickness, I want to know that which Gr. No. shall be selected and recorded in Qualification record for mentioned material.
If I use this material for both side of PQR, Can I consider this PQR for qualification P no. 1 Gr. No 1 to 2?
