which is the common cell line used in Industry ?

I am developing a cell culture laboratory and we are looking to get a cell line which can be used as a bench mark. So can anyone give an idea which one is the most commom. I found that CHO cell line is the one but is it possible to get it in a serum free vials/ seed.
