I'm looking for the right material for a new type of knife that can be heated in the microwave. I need it to have the following characteristics:
o microwave safe
o heats up fast (warm to the touch in 5-10 seconds)
o food grade (even when heated)
o solid enough to cut
o Handle:
Microwave safe
Food grade
Does not heat up (or heats up a lot slower)
