Which Procon pump would be best?

Howdy folks! I'm looking to pump beer and am trying to figure out what kind of pump I need for this to not kill the carbonation and making my beer flat. I found a Procon series 3 rotary vane stainless steel pump From Edco Distributing (

and think if I keep it at around 0.75gpm it could work. I like that one because it can get as low a 50gpm. I figured out that the second digit indicates food grade, so, if I got a series 3 and configured it just right, do you think it'd work? I used their model breakdown,

to figure out the food grade bit.
