I need to rent a 3-phase, 50Hz, 230/22 kV transformer, 10-25 MVA, for about 4 years time. One suitable circuit breaker and an isolator as well. Give me a tip who can lease it to me, or tip me of a company leasing such equipment. Preferably in SE Asia.

Try sunbelt transformer, if anyone in the US has one they would.

Well try to buy used transformer and sell it after you don't need it as used transformer, with copper prices rising you would be able to earn some money on it in stead of loosing it. Lease would be very expensive because if If anyone had a transformer on side he would like to pay back that investment in shorter notice so lets say you would have to pay 5 times more plus to pay for testing and repair of transformer if something happened. Maybe the best thing to do is to find bank to give you a credit up to 95% of transformer value than start to pay only a value that would come to 100% of equipment value in the moment you don't need transformer. Of course that will give you a bad credit history, but it is a cheapest way of getting this done :)
If people are doing that with cars...

There is a place in Brisbane Australia which offeres rental of transformers (I know they have 0.5 MW versions).
I dont have the contact at the moment, though if you are interested, I will chase it up.
There are a few listed, if you go for a romp on Google.
