Why aren't there any training DVDs for ABAQUS?

Hi everyone,

I have learned ABAQUS a long time ago and didn't find a good book for it back then other than the manuals.

Now I am responsible of training new fresh graduates and thought about purchasing an introductory DVD training for the interface at least "ABAQUS CAE", but to my surprise I can't find any?!

Any Idea why?

I am thinking of making one in my spare time just for people to have that option.

There are a number of courses offered by simulia including introductory ones that go through the GUI. Try contacting your local office or VAR. I hope this helps.

I checked their site before and didn't see any suitable course but I guess I need to contact them to see if there is are other courses not listed in their site.
