Dear all why do concentrated caustic soda solution have floating solid parts. i have taught that since the solution is saturated some solute comes out of the solution but the question is why to solute float instead of precipitate downwards

Check the specific gravity of concentrated caustic and you'll have the answer. This stuff is very heavy. Since the density is so high, some of the things which sink in water will float on caustic.

I have checked the specific gravity of 50% caustic soda (saturated solution) and it is 1.52 but that of solid caustic soda is about 2.13 so why it is floating?

The floating solids probably have gas bubbles attached and other impurities. Drying of surface bubbles is one cause.
