Why doesn't CWALSSI Accept SF ?

Hi,

Am currently using CWALSSI a non-linear 1-D finite element software by the USACE, and it doesn't allow us to input any safety factor unless you tweaked your way in (by inputting Ka and Kp on your own) unlike it's (brother if you will) CWALSHT wich allows you to input SF on more than one level.

Anyone knows why ??
