Why doesn't this power monitor read the AMPS correctly ?

We bought this new power monitor. To test it out we put it on our incoming 208V, 3-phase, 200A service to the office. There's three choices on the CT input configuration: Auto, 150A or 1500A. When on Auto or 1500A it reads 10X the value shown in the pic below. We scaled it to 1/10 - which seems like a more reasonable value for the Amps. Nothing in the manual says to do that however. Anyone know what the problem is ? Why doesn't it work on Auto?

The manual said:
When set to Auto, the current range is set automatically and depends on the measured current. Low Range is 1/10 of the nominal range of the attached current sensor. For example, the low range of an iFlex1500-12 is 150 A. High Range is the nominal range of the attached current sensor. For example, 1500 A is the nominal range on an iFlex1500-12.

We contacted Fluke...if any of the CT sensors are even barely touching any other wire - the results on the meter will be bogus.
So we re-did them one at a time, making sure nothing was touching - and it worked. And btw the reading was way lower than what is shown in that pic above.
 
I can see the numbers being bad the way the CT loop seems to go into the other CT loop in the picture.
