Why get different temperatures with same heat flux?

I am calculating the temperatue based on Heat flux. I tested processes by 2 method with same heat flux values: 1-Apply heat flux directly to part. 2- Apply heat flux by HETVAL subroutine. Why I get the different temperatures with same heat flux? The value of temperature analysing by HETVAL is very smaller than one by applying heat flux directly to part. Can you help me!
