I am trying to take a section out of an assembly in one of the projects that I am working on at work. All it is a layout of a plant that I want to take a section of bay poles out to show where they are in a department. What is the easiest way to do this? I have projected a grid pattern in the assembly, but I can't rip it out of the assembly and put it into a part file so I can deal with it seperately. Is there a way to do this that I a missing?
