Will CATIA V5 R19 run on Radeon HD 4650 ???

I just installed CATIA V5 on a new machine with an ATI Radeon Graphics card and when i open CATIA all the Icons are there and functional but there is no image on the screen, just a blue screen with a small red box in the middle???? Is there a setting I can change?
