Guys
I have a timing system.
Belt material: neoprene belt with reinforced glass
Pulley material: aluminum
ratio: 2:1
Run 1: 25 deg rh80%. No issue. System performance as per expectation.
Run 2: 30 deg rh80%. out of 5 index position, 2 are off by 10 deg.
Run 3: 25 deg rh80%. performance met. No issue
I find it weird bcos the operaing temp for these parts are definately more than 30deg. I wonder whether temp n rh are so critical in this situation or is it due to electronics?
