Wind Effect on Fire Spread

Dear all,

I am new at this topic and I need help. My question is that:
We have a fuel storage area where has oil and gasoline tanks. I want to create a fire scenario for each tank fire individually. But I need to simulate wind effect to pick which tanks would be in danger while fire to open cooling water systems. So I want to learn how you consider and evaluate prevailing wind direction effects and which programmes do you use to determine scenario?
