Hi, IM designing a portal frame building (15m wide x 30 m long ,6 m to eaves) and im wondering could i assume wind uplift to be zero since there are only 3 smallish door openings and window openings are also minimal. Any thoughts?

Wind uplift occurs on enclosed buildings. Check your local code requirements. Partially open or fully open structures do have higher uplift wind forces, but enclosed have some load as well.
