Windchill 10.2 Promotion question 1

On Windchill 10.2 promotion step 2 page, there is a radio selection of where to place the promotion request. I believe the first option is to automatically place it and the second option allows you to select. Anyone know how to get the first option selected by default. I haven't found a preference setting to set this.

I believe it is set from the OIR for the promotion. I had the same question when we went to 10.0 in April. I will need to log into my email at work (working from home day) to verify that and what the setting is. I will add a reply later with the information.

It is easy to modify, but does need a reboot of the server to reload the file and become active. Took me 2 reboots, so FYI.
