Windchill sort order

Within the past couple of weeks something happened to my Windchill account. I can't sort the columns. The arrows move but the files do not
re-order. Also, I can move the column locations but when I leave and come back they are back in the other location. For example, My Workspaces used to be ordered Name/Description/Action/Context. Now it can't be anything other than Name/Context/Actions/Description. IT says they didn't change anything.
Has anybody experienced anything like this?

What version of Windchill are you running? With OS?

Have you installed any new drivers, hardware, or software on or before this problem began?

I've had Windows updates nix functionality within Windchill and Creo in the past so your IT team might be able to help figure out how many updates have been applied since you started having trouble.

Otherwise, I would try Google. Not super helpful I know, but if it once worked and then doesn't, most likely the culprit is a system change.
