Guys,

We're moving from Intralink to Windchill recently and I have tons of questions.

1. How do you seperate the window browser (workspace(s)) from Pro/E. This reduces my Pro/E viewing window dramatically.

2. I'm installing 2 monitors now and wondering how you can stretch the Pro/E window all the way across to second monitor from start up. Is there any Command in the config.pro that does that? Rightnow I'm doing it with Mapkeys.

Thanks

The browser is embedded in Wildfire and cannot be separated. You can minimize the browser with the tab buttons on the edge of the window. The middle one hides the browser, the top and bottom ones hide the model tree.

This really sucks because it really decrease my Pro/E viewing window. Also what's up with the colum width can't be adjusted ( on the worskspace). Then I have to scroll to far right to get it.

All I have showing while modeling is the Model Tree and the graphics screen. The browsewr has been hidden.

What version of PDMLink are you installing? PDMLink8 has customizable workspaces where you can adjust column widths, move the window scroll to the left and save the workspace. Some changes may require sys admins to perform.
