You need to given a little more information as to the size and conditions it will operate under.
Pyrex, Vycor, and Quartz are quite common depending on conditions and size.

A window is transparent for something : X-ray, UV, visible
light, IR, electron beam, microwave etc.

What do you need ?

I am having trouble with an increased noise level in my home in Malaysia. The road outside is now used as a through highway 24/7.
My idea is to replace the wooden framed windows with either double glazed or vacuum glass windows.
Expensive, yes. But cheaper than a new house.
The walls are standard brick/concrete with a layer of plaster.
If this reduces the noise level then I should not need to coat the inner walls with a cellulose insulation material.
I am attempting to source a supplier in Malaysia.
Any ideas.
