I am working on a custom enclosure. There will be a couple of small diameter cables with silicone jackets attaching to a circuit board. There will be a service loop with the cables. Since cost is an issue here, I need a way to hold the service loops in place without using some sort of hardware (screws and clips). I am hoping I can mold in some sort of cable holder without any side action tooling involved. The enclosure must maintain a NEMA 4X rating, therefore, no holes. My first thought is a couple of straight rails spaced apart just enough to squeeze the cables into them. Does anyone know of a way that may be better than this?

Alternating ribs that force the cable into a slightly "S" path. It will be less tolerance dependant than parallel ribs.
