Wire Mesh Face Geotextile Fabric Fill

I am looking into building a temporary bypass road with the maximum fill height of approximately 40 feet. we are limited in our width of right-of-way and are considering constructing a wire meshed faced geotextile retaining wall. I am curious as to others experience with such walls. Some questions I have are concerns with safety barriers along the top of the wall and also the time it takes to build such a fill. I am also interested in where to find information concerning the design of the wall, especially the required geogrid/geotextile pattern.
