with lookup_inst function variants change family table via parameters

I want to create the length parameter in an assembly. The parameters should then be used to install the corresponding length of the variant of the part.

I managed to read out the corresponding variant using the LOOKUP_INST function, but I can't get the part to be replaced.

The Add PArt function simply doesn't work.

Debugging from a distance is never easy.

If you make a simpler assembly to practice on; one where the only component is an instance and you create a single parameter to make the comparison against it may make the error more obvious and provide a short enough Pro/Program to see the entire thing.
