WL 3.1364 specification allawables

Hello,

can anybody help me please and say, where can I find design allowable (including A-basis) for the 2024-O according to German specification WL3.1364?
I know for sure that there are no links to WL-series specifications in MMPDS and ESDU.

Had an issue with German specs last year ...
From what i understand .. 3.1364 is related to 2024 clad O => (T42)/ T3
O material (annealed) is never used in aircraft 'as is' .. it is commonly treated to -T42 or rolled to -T3
design specs for either temper are universally available .. See ASTM B209M spec for O - condition Strength & Yield values.
why would you require these values ?

why would you want design allowables for O-condition ? This is "only" used in the sheet metal shop to form the part. The formed part is then heat treated (typically to T42).

If I recall correctly O states for heat treatable aluminum tend to have maximum specified yield rather than minimum which would tend to make standard design allowables a bit hard to define.

Your best bet could to use premium selection, which would give you a "S" value.
