When resizing the desktop under Windows 95(b), WonderWare comes up with various graphics problems...There used to be a solution which now eludes me...

It has been a couple years, but I remember creating a new directory/job and then selecting a different resolution before compilation. You will probably need to rearrange graphics locations, so be sure to save to old directory. The WW website should have plenty of help on this.
