Wonderware system on audible alarm

Hello I have am new to this role and rying to deal with maintenace issues.
The problem I have with is that the wonderware system we have in the control room
two of the three computers no longer generating audible alarm.

What would be the likely cause and how can I rectify this.

Please help.

1. Check Speaker Cable
2. Check Plugged into correct port
3. Check Speaker for function (Plug them in your Ipod)
4. Computer Volume turned up?
5. Sound card functional (Can you play other software to speakers?)
6. WW wave file still in place
