Does anyone know how to model a floor opening in Woodworks Shearwall?

My office recently purchased the design suite from Woodworks. The suite includes "Shearwall", a program used to analyze and design wood shear walls. I have watched tutorials and tinkered with some models, but so far I've been unable to model a floor opening in this program. I don't think the "help" is as robust as other programs that I'm used to like Risa, Concept, etc. I feel like I've learned a lot from scouring those help files, but Shearwall's "help" is not super helpful IMO.

Bonus question: Does anyone know if Woodworks Shearwall "correctly" analyzes shearwalls/diaphragms with plan horizontal offsets? Does the program's inner workings somehow include transfer diaphragms or something along those lines to re-distribute diaphragm forces at the offset/notch?

PS: I've reached out to Woodworks technical assistance. I haven't heard back from them yet.
