Working on home and office computer

Hi all, i need help on this problem, which I think is a very common one. I need to work with my solidworks models at office and at my home and I need some guide lines how to do it. My question is especially about toolbox. The settings I use is "create parts" for every new size fastener. I' ve worked at office and home using simple synchronising files and folders tool, but with no fasteners in my models. Will this work with toolbox too? I guess I'll have to set "create parts" on the two PC's and point at the same folder?
