Worldwide Guide to Equivalent Steels

I work constantly here in the USA with materials specified in France to standard EN10025, and often translate to USA materials. I have a number of sources available but not a comprehensive source that includes all. Therefore I went on Ebay and bought Worldwide Guide to Equivalent Irons and Steels; 1979.

But, was disappointed upon receipt because I can't locate the materials specified (ex. S235JR, S355JR, etc.). Was EN10025 developed after 1979? What would S235JR be listed as in 1979?

Unfortunately for you EN 10025 first appeared in the 1990's.

Materials technology has changed so much in the past 30 years that your edition of the book is essentially useless.
