Using ANSI B31.3 and ASME sec 9 as refrence , Dose a qualified wps for weldindg API 5L-B pipe could also be used for wlding of API 5L-X65 together?
the p no is s1 for both material , but they have different level of srength whic made me confused when I refer to note (51) of table A1 ANSI B31.3.
