WPS with 17-4 stainless

We are wanting to write WPS per ASME Sect. IX welding SA 693 plate to SA 564 round bar. Neither of these materials are listed in Section IX.
Has anyone written WPS using this material and do you know if there is a P number assigned to this material?

Typically for unlisted materials, the material specification for the base material can be used, in lieu of a P-No, in the WPS.
