I have heard that WWHM3, the required hydrology software for sizing facilities for Western Washington will not run on Windows 7. I am getting a mandatory update this week to Windows 7, will I be able to run WWHM3 at all? I know WWHM4 will work with Windows 7 but it is $2500.

Will there be an update to WWHM3 or a free version of WWHM4, has anybody heard? Will MGSFlood 2.0.3 work with Windows 7?

I was able to get WWHM3 to work with Windows 7, I guess I should not only believe the software makers who are trying to sell their $2500 WWHM4 upgrade to the free version of WWHM3.

The trick was to copy the completed installation from C/Program Files (x86) to C/Program Files. Update the WWHM3 short cut also as it defaults to the installation in Program Files (x86).
