I want to create a mirror image of an object if I heat it enough so that when the Xband comes close to the heated object it will see the mirrored image of the object. As you know that the frequency is 8-12 GHz and the wavelength is 2.5-3.8 centimeters for x band.
When a wave travel between hot and cold air it changes speed so if the angle is very shallow and the temperature difference is sufficiently large the wave will bent enough to create an image of the object.
So I need to know how to calculate the temperature that I need in order for the xband to bent??? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
