X form in shape studio

Hello People

I'm having a tad of trouble with getting X form to do what I want. look at the attached video and you will see that I can get the sheet to move in one direction as I pull on the patch strings, yet if I pull the other ones, only the strings move and I cant get the sheet to form as I want it. Please put me out of my misery.

Not to worry, I sorted it. It was my preview resolution that need changing!!!! Only took me 3 hours to work it out!
