How do you manipulate multiple areas of an xref drawing?
Say you have one xref and you want to divide it into four different drawings. That is cut a window of a quadrant of the original xref and make it a new xref... and do this so the original xref is now 4 xref's.

Hi CADlady2006,

You'll need to get into the original xref file, and break it up just as you would any other drawing.

You might look into using the xclip command to do what you want so you don't have to manipulate the original xref.

Try using paperspace viewports to show the different views you want of the xref, typically a different layout tab for each sheet.
